Gains are Retained and Losses are Shared

I was reading an interesting piece from Investopedia about Privatizing Profits and Socializing Losses which has been a common theme in recessions. Now I won’t give my bullshit take about how some sort of recession is coming that ends the world, but seeing the spam had me reading about investment concepts.
